About this Study
In my research, I focus on password managers, meaning programs and features that store and manage your passwords. This includes not only external programs like 1Password or KeePass but also solutions directly integrated into browsers like Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. It also covers features in operating systems such as iCloud Keychain or storage functions in your smartphone settings. This survey focuses exclusively on reasons for rejecting such services. I want to understand why you might not use these tools at all, view them skeptically, or have stopped using them.
